The Fountainhead Group seeks an experienced VP of Manufacturing Engineering & Facilities to lead strategic and technical direction across multiple facilities. The role oversees manufacturing engineering, automation, maintenance, facilities, and capital investments, partnering with senior leaders to drive ROI and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field required.
• Significant progressive leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of automation and controls, robotics, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with plastics manufacturing (blow molding a plus; injection molding also acceptable).
• Demonstrated success in improving manufacturing performance through automation and cost reduction.
• Strong strategic thinking and collaborative leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term manufacturing engineering and technology strategy.
• Drive improvements in efficiency, throughput, quality, and cost.
• Lead automation, controls, robotics, and production systems initiatives.
• Oversee capital planning and major projects with ROI analysis.
• Improve equipment reliability through proactive maintenance and asset planning.
• Evaluate new manufacturing technologies and vendor options for ROI.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and other leaders.
• Build and mentor manufacturing engineering teams for future needs.
