Job summary

TNTP seeks a Vice President, Fundraising to lead a multi-year strategy that sustains and accelerates impact. You will build a world-class fundraising function, manage senior donor relationships, and partner with the CEO and Board to align priorities with TNTP’s mission.

This fully remote, national role focuses on scaling fundraising capabilities, driving revenue, and advancing educational equity across the country.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive fundraising leadership at the senior/executive level.
• Proven success building portfolios with foundations, corporations, and major donors.
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Strong executive presence and partnership with CEO/Board on strategy.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver a multi-year fundraising strategy aligned to TNTP’s plan.
• Lead and grow a diversified fundraising portfolio across sources.
• Close high-value, multi-year commitments and manage top funder relationships.
• Partner with leadership to align narratives and funding priorities.
• Build a world-class fundraising team and scalable operations.
