Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management or capital planning.
• 5+ years of senior-level leadership experience supervising teams and managing projects.
• Familiarity with AZA standards and capital project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital project development from feasibility to completion.
• Provide oversight of facilities operations and preventive maintenance programs.
