Job summary

TriSearch seeks a visionary Vice President, Enterprise Strategic Operations to steer enterprise-wide strategy, optimization, and transformation across logistics, distribution, and real estate. You will partner with business unit presidents and executive leadership to deliver measurable value, drive cost savings, and enable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in global logistics, distribution, or enterprise operations.
• Experience leading complex, multi-brand organizations and M&A integrations.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable financial results (EBITDA, cost reductions).

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead enterprise-wide global logistics, transportation, and distribution strategies.
• Oversee distribution centers, freight networks, and carrier relationships to optimize costs and service.
• Direct enterprise network strategy including facility consolidation and footprint planning.
• Champion opportunities to leverage scale, improve resource usage, and reduce costs across units.
• Set enterprise performance standards and accountability measures for productivity and results.
• Lead global trade compliance governance and risk management across the organization.
• Oversee real estate and facilities strategy including site selection and consolidations.
• Drive enterprise-wide transformation, productivity, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Provide strategic direction for technology, automation, AI, and process innovations.
• Partner with CEO and executives to prioritize initiatives and ensure execution.
