Job summary

PURIS seeks a strategic Vice President of EH&S to lead enterprise environmental, health and safety performance across all PURIS operating companies. You will align leadership, set the EH&S roadmap, and champion proactive safety culture while guiding policy development and regulatory compliance.

You will report to the CEO, manage the EH&S department, and partner with risk management to reduce incidents and loss. This role requires executive presence and advanced safety leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, or Risk Management is required.
• Master’s in Occupational Safety and Health preferred and CSP or equivalent required.
• 15+ years of progressive safety experience at senior level across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise EH&S vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for PURIS operating companies.
• Lead organization-wide safety programs ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Partner with operations to drive a proactive safety culture and accountability.
• Oversee EH&S budget, resources, and leadership team development.
• Report EH&S performance to CEO, Board and risk management teams.
• Manage incident processes, audits, and risk mitigation across sites.
