I-Grace, a premier luxury residential construction leader, seeks a Senior Vice President – Corporate to guide corporate operations from its Long Island City HQ. You will oversee finance, governance, IT, HR, and strategic initiatives, reporting directly to the CEO.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in executive roles within construction or related fields, with a strong record in risk management, strategy, and cross-functional leadership. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in executive leadership with finance/operations focus.
• Experience in construction/architecture firms preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business/finance-related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic goals with financial modeling and scenario planning.
• Design and implement systems and controls for strategic goals.
• Foster cross-divisional relationships and organizational cohesion.
• Lead process improvements for efficiency and accountability.
• Mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance across departments.
• Oversee IT, HR, and corporate operations functions.
• Guide governance, legal risk, and corporate transactions when applicable.
