Job summary

Kelso Industries seeks a Senior Vice President of Construction to lead performance, growth, and integration across a broad portfolio of construction services nationwide. You will own the $1.4B P&L across 35+ operating companies, set strategy, scale systems, and drive safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You will oversee M&A integration, standardize operations across decentralized businesses, and partner with finance to improve forecasting and backlogs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a multi‑divisional P&L across diverse units.
• Proven record of integrating acquired companies and driving consolidation.
• Deep knowledge of large-scale construction/manufacturing operations.
• Ability to standardize processes across decentralized sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the construction portfolio’s $1.4B P&L across 35+ operating companies.
• Directly oversee 5 Divisional Vice Presidents and expand leadership capacity as the business grows.
• Drive profitability, operational excellence, and disciplined project execution across all divisions.
• Oversee M&A integration and post‑acquisition integration planning and execution.
• Partner with Finance to improve budgeting, forecasting, and financial visibility.
