Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large P&L (hundreds of millions to >$1B).
• Significant M&A integration experience across multiple acquisitions.
• Deep construction industry expertise, especially mechanical/electrical/plumbing.
• Demonstrated ability to standardize operations across decentralized or multi-site businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction portfolio’s P&L and financial performance across 35+ companies.
• Oversee 5 Divisional Vice Presidents and expand leadership as the business grows.
• Drive operational excellence, margin improvement, and disciplined project execution.
