Adecco is seeking a Senior Vice President of Construction Operations to lead and scale commercial construction activities across multiple projects. The role requires strategic leadership, deep operational expertise, and a track record of improving profitability and safety.

Responsibilities cover executive oversight from estimating through project delivery, budgeting, KPI governance, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Oversee commercial construction operations with P&L responsibility.
• Lead estimating, preconstruction, project management, safety, and QA.
• Establish KPIs, budgets, and financial controls.
• Develop high-performing teams and succession plans.
• Drive profitability through cost controls and productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution across multiple concurrent projects.
• Own annual operating plans, budgets, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, WIP, change orders and cash flow.
• Ensure safety programs, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on market expansion.
