You will drive client retention, growth, and operational excellence across the organization, coordinating with the Chief Community Accounting Officer and executive peers to deliver best-in-class financial services and services.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in large-scale community association management.
• Ten years in a leadership/executive role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience; CAI PCAM designation.
• Appropriate state license and industry designations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, including community operations and resident experience, ensuring timely, accurate deliverables.
• Lead client retention, growth, and new business initiatives with senior leadership alignment.
• Monitor budgets and forecasts; drive financial performance and controls.
• Develop and monitor team performance; supervise and coach staff and recruit for growth.
• Collaborate with the Chief Community Accounting Officer to deliver best-in-class financial services.
• Drive performance metrics like customer satisfaction and retention; ensure compliance.
