Job summary

PHM is the leading health media agency in the US, delivering data-driven media solutions for the modern healthcare experience. The EVP, Group Client Lead will oversee key client relationships and drive organic growth across multiple accounts, reporting to the Management Team.

The role requires extensive pharma media expertise, cross-channel leadership, and the ability to guide senior teams in strategy, execution, and client service at the highest level.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of management experience.
• Deep cross-channel media knowledge and experience.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead across multiple client relationships at executive level and drive organic agency growth.
• Build trust, develop senior talent, and ensure cross-functional teams are well trained.
• Sets organic growth goals and leads growth initiatives across accounts.
• Own top-to-top client service relationships, shaping marketing priorities and ensuring exceptional delivery.
• Coordinate with PHM, Publicis Health and Publicis Groupe products to drive client value.
