Job summary

Rochester Regional Health in Rochester, New York, seeks a Vice President, Cardiovascular Service Line Operations/CAO to provide strategic and operational leadership across ~40 locations and eight hospitals. This executive will drive growth, optimize scheduling, and strengthen physician partnerships to position cardiovascular services for success in a competitive market.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree and have 4+ years of healthcare leadership experience, with cardiovascular exposure

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Four or more years of progressive healthcare leadership experience overseeing personnel, budgets, programs, and projects.
• Cardiovascular experience preferred but not required; leading other complex clinical service lines considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for cardiovascular services across Rochester Regional Health.
• Oversee a team of six direct reports and 320 FTEs; manage budgets and programs.
• Identify opportunities to expand market share, strengthen financial performance, and enhance physician partnerships.
• Improve patient access by optimizing scheduling and expanding diagnostic testing within the cardiovascular continuum.
