Job summary

Pasco-Hernando State College seeks an accomplished leader to direct institutional advancement, alumni and donor relations. Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in Higher Education, Law, Education, Government, or Public Administration.
• Five (5) years of experience in higher education or comparable field with progressive responsibilities in data analysis, management and supervision, and leadership.
• Extensive experience with institutional development (planning, developing initiatives, and coordinating events) with public or private organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in planning, organizing, and implementing a comprehensive institutional advancement program, including marketing, communications, and donor relations.
• Develop and ensure achievement of goals for all areas within the Institutional Advancement division.
• Oversee marketing, branding, communications, and public relations, including crisis communications.
• Provide leadership to the Pasco-Hernando State College Foundation, Inc., including governance support and budgeting.
• Collaborate with college administration to integrate Foundation activities with College objectives.
• Plan and manage Foundation annual budget and investments; oversee donor stewardship and engagement.
