Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a Fortune 500 metal supplier in the United States. You will oversee planning, scheduling, inventory, and materials flow at a flagship site, with direct accountability to plant leadership and exposure to corporate executives.

The role requires 5+ years in metals/manufacturing, multi-site experience, and strong SAP/ERP expertise. Relocation is available and a competitive compensation package includes a 20-25% bonus and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in supply chain management with multi-site experience.
• Experience in metals or industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Bachelor's degree as stated above.
• Strong understanding of material flow, planning, inventory, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain activities at a flagship U.S. site, including planning, scheduling, inventory, and materials flow.
• Collaborate with North American plants and corporate leadership to align on material flow and production schedules.
• Build and mentor a team of 8 direct and ~16 indirect reports.
• Translate lean initiatives into on-the-ground execution.
• Monitor KPIs like customer fulfillment, inventory turns, and budget adherence.
