NEO Energy seeks an Executive Vice President – Power to lead the growth of its Power business. This remote-based role involves significant travel and demands established industry relationships across utilities, IPPs, and renewables developers.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in T&D, substations, or power infrastructure, with strong leadership and an entrepreneurial mindset to scale a growing platform.

Qualifications

• Self-performing EPC/utility contractor background required.

Job description

A growing self-performing electrical and power infrastructure contractor is seeking an Executive Vice President – Power to lead the continued growth of its Power business.

The company operates across the full voltage spectrum — from 230 kV substations and transmission infrastructure through MV systems, renewable projects and commercial electrical infrastructure.

Its model is deliberately broad, allowing utilities, IPPs, renewable developers, EPCs, general contractors and building owners to work with one contractor across multiple scopes.

The business self-performs its work with licensed journeymen and qualified electrical workers, supported by in-house project management, estimating and commissioning teams.

The Opportunity

This is a remote-based executive position with significant travel, with responsibility for driving the continued growth of the Power business.

The successful candidate will bring:

• Come from a self-performing EPC / utility contractor
• Established industry relationships across utilities, IPPs, renewable developers, EPCs and general contractors
• A proven track record in T&D, substations, transmission or power infrastructure
