Qualifications

• 10+ years of underwriting experience in Shared and Layered Property insurance.
• Strong network within retail brokerage firms.
• Experience with large account management in tech, manufacturing, and public sectors.
• Ability to compete in a crowded market.
• International programs knowledge is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage portfolios of Shared and Layered Property policies.
• Handle 20-25 significant accounts with minimum premiums around $100K.
• Focus on large accounts including data centers, manufacturing firms, public entities, technology companies, and municipal/state clients.
• Assess and price risk for shared and layered property programs.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to structure client-focused policies.
• Maintain broker and client relationships to drive growth.
• International insurance market knowledge is a plus.
