Qualifications

Underwrite Builders Risk accounts with a focus on profitability and risk selection.
Develop and maintain broker relationships to drive submissions.
Analyze risk exposures, loss history, construction characteristics, and project specifics.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through broker engagement.
Underwrite new and renewal Builders Risk accounts with risk analysis.
Evaluate and price risks using underwriting tools and portfolio analytics.
Achieve profitability objectives including premium growth and loss ratio targets.
Build relationships with wholesale brokers to expand market presence.
Identify emerging risk trends and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain policy forms, endorsements, and coverage solutions.
Review endorsements, renewals, and mid-term servicing requests.
Ensure decisions align with guidelines, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.
