Job description

As a key member of the Chubb Multinational team, the Executive Underwriter will contribute to regional profitability and growth by underwriting international casualty programs for U.S. multinational companies. The role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers, clients, and industry contacts within the assigned territory to generate new business opportunities, representing all Multinational segments and products.

• Business Development & Broker
• Develop relationships with P&C brokers and producers to generate new account opportunities for the International Casualty division.
• Territory
• Implement sales and marketing plans for the territory, including broker calls and stewardship meetings to drive new business and retain existing accounts.
• Account
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the sales territory, broker-controlled business, and existing relationships to identify new prospects.
• Quote to
• Review submissions to understand risks and current offerings, and produce competitive quotes highlighting Chubbs capabilities.
• Maintain and Grow
• Work with brokers and clients to meet evolving needs driven by market expansion, acquisitions, or changes in geographic footprint and program structure.
• Understand and Manage
• Maintain a profitable renewal book, understanding client operations, deal structures, and compliance with US and local requirements. Respond promptly to service requests.
• Identify opportunities for innovative solutions within the Casualty & Property CMP process.
