About the Role
The Underwriter in Chubb's Energy department will manage a book of business valued at approximately $7-10 million within their assigned territory. Key responsibilities include developing book growth, maintaining excellent relationships, and implementing profitable pricing strategies. The role also involves accountability for the financial performance of the book, identifying growth opportunities, cross-selling, agency planning, and conducting broker and insured visits to meet monthly goals. The territory may include agents in Texas, Oklahoma, or Colorado.
