The Energy Practice in the Southwest Region offers an exciting opportunity for career growth. We are seeking a Senior Underwriter for our Commercial Insurance team, with compensation aligned to experience. This role focuses on expanding a Property and Casualty book, including packages, automobiles, pollution, workers' compensation, umbrella, and international coverage. Multi-line experience is preferred. The position can be based in Dallas, Houston, or Denver.

About the Role

The Underwriter will manage a book valued at approximately $7-10 million within their territory. Responsibilities include developing book growth, maintaining strong relationships, and implementing profitable pricing strategies. The role also involves ensuring financial performance, identifying growth opportunities, cross-selling, and conducting agency and broker visits aligned with monthly goals. The territory may include agents in Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado.
