The Energy Practice in the Southwest Region offers a dynamic environment for career growth. We are seeking a Senior Underwriter to join our Commercial Insurance team, with a salary and title based on experience. This role focuses on expanding a Property and Casualty portfolio, including Package, Automobile, Pollution, Workers' Compensation, Umbrella, and International lines. Multi-line experience is preferred. The position can be located in Dallas, Houston, or Denver.

About the Role

The Underwriter will manage a book of approximately $7-10 million within the Energy department. Responsibilities include developing book growth, maintaining strong relationships, and implementing profitable pricing strategies. The role requires achieving financial performance targets and identifying new business opportunities, including cross-selling. Regular visits to brokers and insureds are expected, with the territory covering Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado.
