Navitus is hiring a Principal, Treasury & Banking to oversee treasury operations, liquidity, banking relationships, and investment activities. You will lead cash management and forecasting, manage treasury systems, and provide clear leadership reporting on liquidity and risk.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of progressive treasury experience required.
Experience in cash management, liquidity forecasting and banking relationships.
Strong analytical skills and ability to report to senior leadership.
Compliance and governance experience.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day treasury operations including cash positioning and liquidity forecasting.
Oversee banking relationships and credit facilities.
Lead evaluation and implementation of treasury and cash management systems.
Manage investment portfolio and coordinate with external managers.
Develop treasury policies, procedures and internal controls.

Pay Range

USD $108,429.00 - USD $135,536.00 /Yr.

STAR Bonus % (At Risk Maximum)

7.50 - Salaried Non-Management except pharmacists

Overview

Due to growth, we are adding a Principal, Treasury & Banking to our team!

The Principal, Treasury & Banking is responsible for overseeing Navitus’s treasury operations, liquidity management, banking relationships, and investment activities to support the organization’s financial stability, flexibility, and operational efficiency. This role leads day-to-day cash management, liquidity and working capital forecasting, and treasury systems while supporting prudent financial risk management and strong internal controls.

Working in close partnership with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and executive leadership, this role ensures treasury strategies and activities align with enterprise financial objectives and support ongoing operations and strategic initiatives. This role serves as the primary point of accountability for external banking and provides clear reporting and insights related to liquidity, investment portfolio performance, and treasury risk exposure. Success in this role is demonstrated through reliable cash availability, disciplined financial governance, and continuous improvement of treasury processes and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?

Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and working capital management.
Oversee banking relationships, credit facilities, and treasury service providers.
Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of treasury and cash management systems to enhance automation, operational efficiency, and internal controls.
Manage the company’s investment portfolio, including coordination with external investment managers, monitoring of investment performance, and related reporting.
Develop, maintain, and enhance treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls aligned with enterprise risk management and governance standards.
Partner with FP&A and Accounting on cash forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting to support quarterly and annual banking requirements and requests.
Provide treasury expertise, analysis, and recommendations to Finance and executive leadership on liquidity, banking, investments, financial risk, and other treasury matters.
Prepare and support Board and executive reporting related to liquidity, investment performance, and treasury risk exposure.
Support internal and external audits related to treasury, cash management, banking relationships, and investment activities by coordinating documentation, responding to auditor inquiries, and partnering with Finance, Accounting, and Compliance to ensure timely, accurate, and well‑controlled audit outcomes.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, banking, and internal governance requirements, including banking covenants.

Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, required. Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, banking, corporate finance, or a related field, required.
Demonstrated experience managing cash and liquidity, treasury systems, investment portfolios, and banking relationships, required.
Demonstrated experience providing financial analysis, recommendations, and treasury subject‑matter expertise to senior or executive leadership required.
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
