Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Transition PMO to lead the Transition Management Office for large-scale IT Infrastructure and Managed Services transitions. You will provide governance, financial tracking, risk management, and executive-level visibility across multiple transition workstreams.

The role involves partnering with Transition Director, Tower Leads, Service Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and Client Stakeholders to ensure successful execution of transitions across Service Desk,

Qualifications

• Extensive PMO/Transition Management experience.
• Strong governance and reporting capabilities.
• Proven track record leading multi-tower transition programs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage the Transition Management Office (TMO) processes.
• Define governance, reporting schedules, and review meetings.
• Organize executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and transition status meetings.
• Ensure compliance with transition methodology, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Maintain transition documents and knowledge repositories.
• Create and manage integrated transition plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies across all transition workstreams.
• Coordinate activities across infrastructure towers.
• Monitor phase-gate and toll-gate completion requirements.
• Drive timely completion of transition deliverables.
• Prepare and publish status reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and progress scorecards.
• Consolidate updates from all towers for leadership visibility.
