Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer service, technical advisory, or IT leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud and on-premises enterprise network infrastructure.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to forecast, budget, and manage risk.
• Proven ability to engage with senior-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain trusted client relationships and advise at the C-level.
• Translate business goals into strategic technology guidance.
• Lead Technical Business Reviews and present actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams on advisory-driven project planning.
• Forecast opportunities and assist with budget analyses and documentation.
• Drive client satisfaction and renewal rates.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
