Best Buy is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Executive Technology Support function, serving 110 officers and their executive assistants. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic oversight with personal troubleshooting, acting as a player-coach to a small team while tackling the most complex requests from our senior leaders.

The role is hybrid: on-site Monday through Thursday at the Richfield corporate office in Minnesota, with Friday remote work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in information technology with a focus on end-user computing, deskside, or enterprise support.
• 3+ years directly supporting executives, VIPs, or equivalent high-visibility stakeholders.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring a technical support team.

Responsabilités

• Own executive incidents end-to-end, coordinating across security, networking, collaboration, AV, endpoint management and vendors.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three Executive Support Technicians.
• Establish service delivery standards, coverage models, and playbooks for meeting readiness and on-call support.
• Drive continuous improvement through executive readiness programs and capacity planning.
