Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a Head of Technology Portfolio Management for Transaction Banking in New York. You will translate business strategy into a prioritized, funded portfolio and oversee a multi-year, high-complexity program with substantial regulatory and risk oversight.

The role manages a roughly $235 million portfolio for 2026 with similar expectations for 2027, driving investment, governance, and performance across digital channels, ledger and payments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in financial-services technology leadership.
• Experience overseeing a significant portfolio of multiple concurrent programs and Tier 1 initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of Transaction Banking technology domains including digital channels, payments, ledger and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the integrated Transaction Banking technology strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across multi-year programs and agile teams with accountable governance.
• Own aggregate portfolio financial management including budget, forecast, actuals and benefits realization.
• Establish portfolio governance, risk controls and escalation mechanisms.
• Lead and develop senior program managers and portfolio specialists.
