Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a Tech Delivery Leader to act as the senior-most executive on the ground for the account, owning end-to-end delivery across every workstream and representing the client to CTO/VP-Technical leadership.

The role requires on-site presence with client teams, governance of schedule, budget, quality, and margin, and mentorship of delivery managers, architects, and product managers as you drive an agentic/AI-assisted development model.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology delivery in a senior leadership role (Sr Director/Director level).
• Proven track record owning end-to-end delivery — schedule, budget, quality, and margin — for large multi-workstream engagements.
• Ability to build technical trust with client executives (CTO/VP-Technical) and represent decisions to that audience.
• Experience mentoring Technical Delivery Managers, Architects, Program/Project Managers, and Product Managers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site presence with the client's integration teams and build rapport with leadership.
• Represent the account to the client's CTO/VP-Technical equivalents, ensuring credibility.
• Validate solution direction before it reaches the client and redirect as needed.
• Resolve escalations requiring executive authority in partnership with Principal Architects.
• Own end-to-end delivery for the account across all workstreams, including schedule and budget.
