Job summary

AXA XL is seeking a high-impact Head of Technology & AI for Risk Advisory and the Global Chief Underwriting Office to shape strategy, drive technology-led opportunities, and ensure AI governance across the function. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technology and AI partner to Risk Advisory and GCUO shaping business direction through technology-led opportunities.
• Translate complex technology concepts into commercial and operational implications for executive decision-making.
• Define the sequencing of initiatives based on value, feasibility, regulatory constraints, and delivery capacity.
• Own business unit-level investment cases, ensuring ROI, outcomes, and measurable benefits.
• Drive enterprise AI adoption within Risk Advisory and GCUO with high-value use cases and workforce readiness.
