Are you detail-oriented multitasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly?
We’re looking for an Executive Team Assistant to:
• manage calendars including conference calls, vacations and client meetings
• arrange travel bookings, itineraries, and handle expense reimbursement
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities
Your team
You’ll be working with a Wealth Management team in Omaha, NE. We serve high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals and families to meet their financial goals. We deliver financial solutions and services specifically tailored to them.
As an Executive Team Assistant you’ll play an important role in helping the team stay organized and run an effective business.
Your expertise
• successful administrative experience in a fast-paced large enterprise
• proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• keen attention to detail, organized and able to seamlessly multitask
• proven written and verbal communication skills
• comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude
