Job summary

NAOVI (Novel Applications, Inc.) is seeking a security‑cleared administrative specialist to support senior executive‑led organizations. The role requires coordinating tasks across the IC and government/private sectors, creating playbooks, and managing day‑book duties. Onsite full‑time with a 10am–6pm schedule.

Active TS/SCI with poly is required. A BS/BA with 5+ years, or 9 years without a degree, is acceptable. 1099 IC option is available for independent consultants.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/ poly security clearance required.
• Requires BS/BA with 5+ years experience, or no degree and 9 years of experience.
• Experience supporting senior executive‑led organizations at the Assistant Director level and coordinating actions with government space, IC, and private sector entities.

Responsibilities

• Shift Type: Monday–Friday 10am–6pm onsite.
• Supports senior executive‑led organizations at the Director level.
• Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems.
• Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in administrative management systems.
• Coordinates actions with the proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and private sector entities.
• Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) for staff packages.
• Prepares day‑book requirements including Daily Binder Preparation and related duties.
