SC Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager, Executive Talent Partner (Finance) to lead Director and Senior Director searches across our global businesses.

You will partner with senior leaders, expand talent networks, and guide executive assessment and market mapping, while developing expertise in executive search strategy.

This high-touch, hybrid US role requires strong judgement, resilience and credibility with candidates and stakeholders; travel up to 15% and relocation may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience delivering end-to-end hires.
• Experience recruiting at Director level in-house, agency, or consultancy.
• Strong judgement, communication, and relationship-building with senior leaders.
• Ability to develop executive search strategies, market maps, and candidate profiles.
• Comfort working across multiple geographies and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Director and Senior Director roles.
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders to act as trusted talent partner.
• Translate business challenges into effective search strategies and profiles.
• Execute creative search using direct sourcing, networking, and external firms.
• Build market maps and talent pipelines for leadership needs.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and selection approaches.
