Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting at Director level in-house, ESF or agency.
• End-to-end recruitment fundamentals including sourcing & offers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Director and Senior Director appointments.
• Develop and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Build external market maps and talent pipelines for leadership roles.
• Deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience for candidates and hiring leaders.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and selection approaches.
