Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Analyst, Executive Talent to serve as the primary steward of executive talent data, succession pipelines, and talent management platform expertise. You will enable data-driven leadership decisions at the highest level of the enterprise.

In this role you will partner with HR and business leaders to maintain data integrity, produce dashboards, and support CEO-level talent exposure programs that strengthen leadership continuity and organizational health.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in HR, Talent Management, People Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with HRIS or Talent Management platforms.
• Ability to analyze talent data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience creating executive-ready presentations, reports, or dashboards.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end CEO Talent Exposure programs with logistics and communications.
• Own executive talent data integrity and platform reporting across the enterprise.
• Create and maintain Executive Talent Cards and Succession Planning templates.
• Design dashboards and analytics to inform leadership decisions and pipeline strategies.
