Job summary

Taylor’s University is seeking an Executive, Student Engagement & Leadership to enhance the onboarding experience, guide student transition, and foster a sense of belonging across Taylor’s University and Taylor’s College. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Management, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant working experience, preferably in higher education or student affairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate onboarding and orientation activities to support student transition and belonging.
• Advise and support student organisations, promoting leadership development and SHINE participation.
• Engage with Orientation Leaders and departments to ensure effective execution of programs and events.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for events, participation data, and feedback to improve onboarding and orientation.
