You will partner with executives on proposals, manage calendars and communications, and drive value through rigorous analysis and planning in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years of management experience with diverse teams and major projects.
• Strong research, analysis and synthesis of data from multiple sources.
• Experience in strategic planning and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead program initiatives with executive sponsors and project teams.
• Structure complex issues into phased workstreams and deliverables.
• Develop business value propositions and strategic plans.
• Manage agendas, calendars and follow‑ups with executives.
• Serve as a partner with executives to execute agendas and strategy.
• Draft briefs and communications; coordinate with senior leaders.
