Job summary

Giga in San Francisco seeks a Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO, scale executive operations, and drive high-impact programs across Eng, GTM, and Ops. You will own planning rhythms, board prep, and cross-functional execution in a fast-paced AI-driven environment.

Expect to lead strategic initiatives end-to-end, manage priority trade-offs, and protect the CEO’s time while shaping long-term direction for the company.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in BizOps, strategy, or operator roles at fast-moving companies.
• AI-native background with exposure to LLM products and eval economics.
• Exceptional writing and clear, concise thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO office operations, processes, and rhythms for maximal leverage.
• Act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders and manage prioritization.
• Coordinate executive calendar with company priorities with the EA.
• Represent the CEO in select meetings and drive action item follow-through.
• Protect the CEO's external brand with investors, customers, and partners.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Eng, GTM, and Ops end-to-end.
• Own board cadences, decks, data rooms, and investor relations.
