Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Functional & Operations Strategy Senior Consultant to help Fortune 500 clients navigate disruption with bold thinking and rigorous analysis. You will frame ambiguous problems, design transformation programs, and guide teams from data to impactful recommendations.

The role blends strategy with execution, mentoring through an apprenticeship model, and exposure to high-stakes, real-world AI-enabled transformations across industries.

Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027 with an MBA degree or related/equivalent program
3+ years of full-time work experience
Must reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily
Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Responsibilities

Diagnose client problems and structure the path forward, guiding the team from analysis to recommendation
Dig into data, test insights, and turn findings into clear client perspectives
Lead workstreams and communicate recommendations clearly to executives to shape client agendas
