Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an MBA-qualified candidate for a Functional & Operations Strategy Senior Consultant role in the United States. You will guide executives through structured problem-solving, data-driven insights, and strategic transformation across industries.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027 with an MBA degree or related/equivalent program
• 3+ years of full-time work experience
• Strong academic track record
• You must reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment

Responsibilities

• Structure unclear problems by framing the questions, setting a path forward, and guiding teams from analysis to recommendation
• Dig into data, test insights under pressure, and translate findings into actionable client perspectives
• Lead workstreams and communicate recommendations clearly to executives to shape client agendas
• Help teams craft strategy through diagnosis, design, and transformation to enable value creation
• Coordinate with client teams to adapt operating models and ensure execution against strategy
• Contribute to the growth of client capabilities and raise the bar on performance
