Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Functional & Operations Strategy Senior Consultant in the United States. You will help executives navigate disruption at scale by structuring ambiguous problems, setting the path forward, and guiding teams from data to actionable recommendations.

You will work both independently and with project teams, lead workstreams, and clearly communicate recommendations to executives to shape client agendas and turn visions into reality.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027 with an MBA degree or related/equivalent program
• 3+ years of full-time work experience
• Strong academic track record
• You must reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment
