Job summary

LeanData in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team. This role integrates across functions, driving planning, OKRs, and high-impact initiatives while managing a two-year transition into a senior operating role.

The CoS combines world-class organizational skills with executive judgment and emotional intelligence to accelerate company-wide priorities in a hybrid setup with three in-office days weekly.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years’ experience with strategy consulting and/or business operations.
• Experience and comfort with executive level workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO to assess company progress vs. the annual plan.
• Coordinate and execute OKRs.
• Own quarterly business reviews (QBRs): define structure, metrics, and cadence.
• Lead execution of high-leverage initiatives to the CEO.
• Foster relationships with the executive team for cross-functional alignment.
• Prepare board materials and support board prep activities.
