Job summary

The San Francisco Compute Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to act as a strategic partner and force multiplier. This role combines strategy, operations, and execution, working closely with the CEO on high-impact priorities and decisions shaping the company’s future.

Five days in-person presence in our San Francisco office will be required. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, translate priorities into actions, and ensure decisions move from alignment to measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Act as trusted partner to the CEO on strategy and prioritization.
• Identify organizational bottlenecks and ambiguous problems, structure them into actionable plans, and drive resolution.
• Translate and coordinate key decisions, analysis, and recommendations into clear actions for the leadership team.
• Build understanding of our business, market, financing, and deal dynamics to engage in strategic discussions.
• Represent the CEO in select internal and external conversations with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted partner and thought partner to the CEO on strategy, prioritization, and critical business decisions.
