Texas Woman's University seeks a Director of Executive Strategy and Operations to formalize the Dean's Office infrastructure and serve as the Dean's principal advisor. The role unifies administrative functions across campuses and ensures alignment with TWU's mission and strategic plan.

Reporting to the Dean Nursing, the position leads teams, manages budgets and policy processes, and drives data-informed decisions across Denton, Dallas, and Houston campuses. Regular attendance is essential.

• Masters degree required with leadership experience in higher education or complex multi-functional organizations.
• Experience must include managing teams, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
• Preferred: healthcare or academic administration background focusing on accountability and service.

• Serve as the Dean's trusted advisor on strategic, operational, and policy matters.
• Supervise Dean's Office staff and coordinate daily operations.
• Gatekeeper to the Dean's calendar and manage prioritization across campuses.
• Oversee core operational functions including data, faculty affairs, policy/finance.
• Coordinate communication and workflows across Denton, Dallas, and Houston campuses.
• Analyze institutional data and present findings to support decisions.
• Manage conflict and facilitate resolution across divisions and stakeholders.
• Execute major institutional initiatives on behalf of the Dean's Office.
• Prepare briefings, reports, surveys, and communications for stakeholders.
• Provide growth paths and development for administrative leaders.
