Job summary

Texas Woman's University in Denton seeks a Director of Nursing Student Services to lead the College of Nursing's student lifecycle from recruitment through graduation across multiple campuses. You will design, implement, and manage data-informed processes that ensure compliance and align programs with strategic goals.

The role requires a Master’s degree (Doctorate preferred) and 5–7 years of progressive leadership in higher education, including enrollment management and cross-campus operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience leading enrollment management or student services in higher education is expected.
• Experience coordinating multi-campus programs and cross-functional teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive student lifecycle strategy spanning prospective, pre-nursing, and enrolled student populations.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to enrollment, progression, retention, and graduation outcomes.
• Lead recruitment, outreach, and engagement strategies in coordination with Enrollment Management and university partners.
• Design and oversee structured pre-nursing pathways and advising frameworks.
• Direct admissions, progression, retention, and graduation processes across programs.
• Ensure compliance with nursing boards, accreditation, and institutional requirements.
• Coordinate with program directors to align student services with goals.
• Standardize policies and service delivery across campuses.
• Oversee student data systems for data integrity and reporting.
• Lead data analysis for accreditation, regulatory reporting, and leadership decisions.
• Develop and expand relationships with external partners supporting recruitment and pipelines.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and outcomes.
• Provide leadership and professional development for student services staff.
