Addison Group is seeking a results-driven operations leader in Chicago to serve as a trusted partner to the President and senior leadership team, translating priorities and strategic goals into actionable plans and deliverables.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, track projects and deadlines, and ensure accountability across teams, while developing processes and operating rhythms to boost organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, project management, executive operations, or a related field.
• Experience partnering directly with senior executives or organizational leadership.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Highly proactive with strong judgment and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to the President and senior leadership team
• Help translate organizational priorities and strategic goals into actionable plans and deliverables
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
• Track key projects, deadlines, and deliverables while ensuring accountability across teams
• Identify roadblocks, gaps, and competing priorities and proactively help resolve them
• Prepare leadership for meetings, decisions, and strategic discussions through research, analysis, and briefing materials
• Manage follow-up from leadership meetings and ensure action items are completed
• Develop and improve processes, systems, and operating rhythms to increase organizational effectiveness
• Coordinate across departments and connect information to help leadership make informed decisions
• Support special projects and organizational initiatives as priorities evolve
