Job summary

TSC in Arlington, VA seeks a Corporate Development Director (Hybrid) to partner with the CEO and the C-Suite in shaping strategic priorities into actionable initiatives across the company. The role blends executive support, corporate finance, and M&A activities, coordinating board materials, dashboards, and programs while guiding cross-functional teams through complex growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, strategic finance, management consulting, transaction advisory, or related role.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, government contracting, cybersecurity, intelligence, space, or related technology markets.
• Demonstrated experience preparing executive, Board, investment committee, or lender materials.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted thought partner and execution partner to the CEO.
• Coordinate preparation for Board meetings, advisor meetings, lender presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and decision memos for executive leadership and Board meetings.
• Track enterprise initiatives and value-creation priorities; identify risks and dependencies.
• Support M&A target evaluation, diligence, financial analyses, and integration planning.
