• Prepare and upload materials; ensure accuracy.

• Manage advanced calendaring and logistics.
• Oversee conference room setup and tech readiness.
• Track action items and publish minutes.
• Summarize pre-reads and executive meeting takeaways.
• Coordinate ELT interactions and cross‑functional alignment.
• Schedule key client, colleague, and partner meetings.
