Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced communications leader to drive enterprise messaging and strategic campaigns in support of NGA mission priorities. You will advise senior leaders, craft executive communications, and provide briefings to influence decision-making across the IC and international partners.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, a bachelor’s degree, and 12+ years in strategic communications or organizational change for defense or intelligence customers.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
12+ years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, or organizational change management for IC/DoD.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise communications strategies and campaigns aligned with mission priorities.
Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership with executive messaging and briefings.
Plan and manage high-visibility events and stakeholder discussions.
Drive change management initiatives for successful adoption of programs across IC and partner environments.
