Qualifications

• Proven leadership in high-volume stewarding or kitchen ops.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and safety practices.
• Ability to lead diverse teams with clarity and accountability.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large stewarding team across banquets, outlets, and back-of-house ops.
• Oversee dishwashing, pot washing, kitchen cleaning, waste management, and equipment handling.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Partner with Culinary, Banquets, and Engineering to execute seamless events.
• Manage inventory and ordering of chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Build schedules that flex with business levels and plan ahead.
• Maintain and enforce standard operating procedures that get followed.
• Drive efficiency—faster turns, smarter systems, cleaner spaces.
