Station Casinos LLC. is seeking a dedicated Executive Steward to uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards across the kitchen department.

You will train staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure adherence to Department of Health and OSHA regulations while coordinating with management to meet service standards. The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage diverse tasks in a high-volume environment.

Formación

• Effective communication with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Strong time management and prioritization under pressure.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Good judgment and mature decision-making in challenging situations.
• High attention to detail to maintain department standards and appearance.
• 1–3 years of food & beverage/culinary experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Health Department, OSHA, and Station Casinos regulations.
• Basic computer skills for POS, office software, and requisitioning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead training on policies, procedures, chemical usage, and ware washing practices.
• Set daily, weekly and monthly goals to achieve operational targets.
• Coach and counsel team members to meet standards and improve performance.
• Monitor HACCP compliance and ensure a safe, hazard-free work environment.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and cost controls with the management team.
• Ensure storage, cleanliness, and sanitation meet company and regulatory guidelines.
