Qualifications

• Previous stewarding or kitchen operations experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation guidelines, dishwashing systems, and chemical handling.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or fine dining restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise the stewarding team.
• Oversee dishwashing operations and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen, storage, and utility areas.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate needs.
